1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online platform imbajp accessible on our official website. These Terms take full effect as soon as you complete the imbajp account registration process or use any part of the platform, even without registering.

Imbajp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the imbajp platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the platform imbajp, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• Is an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• Does not fall under any category prohibited from playing on the imbajp platform, including but not limited to individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.
• Have an active Malaysian phone number that can be verified via OTP.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. Submitting false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Imbajp reserves the right to request identity verification documents (National ID / Malaysian Identity Card) at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Players who fail to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may face temporary suspension or account termination.

3Player Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the imbajp platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names, different phone numbers, or any other registration method — is a strict violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your imbajp account. This includes but is not limited to:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Notify imbajp immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your profile information is always accurate and up to date, particularly your registered phone number and withdrawal method.
• Be responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account, including transactions carried out by third parties who gain access with or without your authorisation.

Imbajp reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any player found to be in breach of these Terms, without any obligation to disclose the reasons for such action. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, imbajp reserves the right to withhold any balance in the relevant account while an investigation is conducted.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Imbajp only accepts deposits via verified local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be from a legitimate source and made in the name of the registered player.

Imbajp does not accept deposits via any international payment method not listed above. Deposits received from third parties or whose source cannot be verified will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• All wagering requirements associated with any accepted bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed. imbajp reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to a method officially registered in the account profile.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing time is within 15 to 30 minutes for amounts below RM 10,000, and may take up to 2 hours for larger amounts subject to additional security checks. VIP players receive priority processing on withdrawals.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by imbajp — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated at the time the offer is made.

General rules that apply to all imbajp bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received multiplied by the multiplier specified for the relevant promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on an imbajp account. Players may not claim or activate a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active.
• Imbajp reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, manipulative betting strategies, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are only valid for players who make a deposit using a listed local Malaysian payment method. Payment methods from outside Malaysia are not eligible for any imbajp promotions.

7General Game Rules

All games available on the platform imbajp — including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slots, Sports Betting (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton, cricket), e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2), virtual sports, and jackpot — are subject to the individual game rules set by the respective certified game providers.

• Game results are final and not subject to dispute unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of an internet disconnection or technical issue during an active game, any interrupted round will be settled according to the outcome recorded on imbajp's server.
• Imbajp is not liable for any losses resulting from connection disruptions or technical issues on the player's end.
• The use of any automated software or tools to assist with betting, pattern analysis, or any other purpose that provides a player with an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms for software-based games on imbajp are regularly audited by independent international certification bodies to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. Audit certificates are available for review by players who request them through the imbajp support team.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform imbajp and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering: Using the imbajp platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud & manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes for mutual benefit.

9Responsible Gaming

imbajp is committed to promoting a responsible gaming culture among all Malaysian players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide adequate tools and resources to help players stay in control.

Responsible gaming tools available to all imbajp players:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: Can be self-configured in account settings and takes effect immediately. Limits may only be increased after a 48-hour period as an additional precautionary measure.
• Reality check: Configurable automatic notifications to remind you of the time you have spent in a gaming session.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, imbajp and its parent company, affiliates, directors, staff, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the imbajp platform.
• Service disruptions, system downtime, or technical failures that are beyond imbajp's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Disputed game results where imbajp's server records confirm that the game was conducted correctly.
• Any losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate information obtained from external sources other than official imbajp channels.

Imbajp's maximum liability to any individual player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Amendments & Termination of Service

imbajp reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Imbajp reserves the right to terminate services to any player without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have violated any of the Terms set out in this document.
• Imbajp is directed to do so by the relevant authorities.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• A player's eligibility to use the imbajp platform has changed — for example, if the player is found to be under the age of 18 or has enrolled in a recognised self-exclusion programme.

In the event that imbajp chooses to cease operations entirely, players will be given reasonable notice and any valid account balances will be returned via the registered payment method within a specified timeframe.
